Parish Sale Summary
Catholic Neighbors in Faith Family of Parishes
Over the course of four joyful days, our parish sale became a living expression of unity, stewardship, and grace. Volunteers from across our Family of Parishes—four parishes with five worship sites—came together in service, many meeting one another for the first time. The result was not only a successful sale, but a deeply heartwarming experience of shared mission and fellowship.
To all who served
Whether packing behind the scenes, lifting boxes, guiding logistics, or offering quiet support, your presence was a blessing. Volunteers of every age and background showed what love in action looks like. Many hands made light work, and many hearts were lifted in the process.
The Journey in Phases
Phase 1: Preparation
Generous hearts began by preparing for the parishioner sale—sorting, organizing, and welcoming with care. Our clergy were present throughout, offering encouragement and support across all three locations.
Phase 2: Packing and Moving
Volunteers came together to pack and transport items from our churches to Our Lady of Loreto School. This phase brought many hands together, and many hearts closer. Even those who hadn’t met before found themselves working side by side as brothers and sisters in Christ.
Phase 3: Staging
The sale space was transformed with thoughtful arrangement and hospitality, ready to welcome our wider community.
Phase 4: The Sale
Over four vibrant days, volunteers and shoppers filled the space with joy, generosity, and connection. The final tally is still being determined, as each day’s proceeds were securely collected and sent to the central office. Outstanding sales are still being finalized.
Phase 5: Final Disposition (in progress)
The next step is to complete all remaining sales and determine the disposition of remaining items with care and stewardship.
This sale was more than a fundraiser. It was a celebration of generosity, collaboration, and grace.
To our volunteers, team, shoppers, and prayerful supporters—
You helped us create more than a sale. You helped us create a celebration of unity, stewardship, and grace.
May the blessings you shared return to you in abundance.
To volunteer for future phases, please contact the Family of Parishes office with your name and phone number.

Thank you and God bless.
