Meet Fr. Paul
Hello there! My name is Fr. Paul Cygan. I’m Pastor at all of our wonderful area churches. I love our Catholic faith and the gift of the priesthood!

Masters of Divinity from Christ the King Seminary, East Aurora, NY (2018)
Ordained to the Priesthood on June 2, 2018
I enjoy camping, biking, tennis and skiing among other outdoor activities.
Some podcasts that I regularly listen to are Pints With Aquinas, Clerically Speaking, They That Hope, and Fr. Mike Schmitz’ Catechism in a Year.
I am a fan of Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and all types of board games. But fair warning, I grew up with three brothers so I can get pretty competitive.

Pastoral Appointment Announcement
We joyfully announce that Rev. Paul S. Cygan has been appointed Pastor of the Catholic Neighbors in Faith Family of Parishes, which includes:
- St. Patrick Parish, Randolph
- St. James Parish, Jamestown
- Sacred Heart Parish, Lakewood
- Holy Apostles Parish, Jamestown
This appointment was made by The Most Reverend Michael W. Fisher, Bishop of Buffalo, and is effective March 23, 2026.
Father Cygan has faithfully served our parishes as Administrator, and we are grateful for his continued leadership as Pastor. Please keep him and all our parish communities in your prayers as we continue our shared mission together.
